Titles and Fonts - 'Art of the Title'

Bridging my research into titles and fonts, I have had a look at the website 'Art of the Title', which analyses title sequences for films and TV shows, including films from the romantic comedy genre. This has helped reinforce the order of titles and what should be included, but also has made me think about the fonts used in titles, and the ways that these fonts reflect. 

Art of the Title

One of the opening sequences which I have studied for the use of titles and fonts is the romantic comedy Dinner for Schmucks, and 'Art of the Title' has an interview with the title sequence director, executive producer and co-editor Jon Poli, along with storyboard and concept artist, Joel Venti and diorama creators The Chiodo Bros.
